Assist with day-to-day routine work of the HR functions and duties

Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues

Manage employees’ grievances

Compile and update employee records, and CVs management, arrange interviews, shortlist candidates from job portals, social media etc. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

Measure employee retention and turnover rates

Prepare reports relating to personnel activities, performance evaluations, etc.

Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

Assist in payroll preparation
