Description

Position Objectives:  "Objective of the role is to design incentive plans, compute incentives under various plans, liaise with employees in USA about their incentive calulations"

 

Comission Management:

  • Calculate commission / incentive / bonus under various pay plans
  • Designing of new pay plans and calculating their financial effect
  • Responding to queries of various employees in relation to entitlement and computation
  • Financial Modelling of commission reports
  • Linking commission to operations performance in addition to the sales performance
  • Supporting payroll department in various tasks

 

Skills:

  • Advance Excel
  • Financial Calculations
  • Proficieny in English / Communication / Email Writing

 

Experience :

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

 

 

Education:

  •   Partly qualified ACCA / CA / CIMA etc.
